"Profits over policyholders” is a slogan used by IAG and the other

companies implementing this systemas an approach in handling their business.

Basically, IAG's insurance companies do anything possible to gain profits,

at the expense of their policyholders.

These IAG insurance companies identify their company goal as earning the

maximum amount of return for their shareholders as possible.

The case is complex, the insured took out policies in 2010 with STATE Insurance for their

house and contents in Waipapa, Kerikeri NZ.

They had also insured two vehicles with AMI that were also destroyed by the

massive fire that destroyed the property at around midnight on 9 September 2011.
